Local Exchanges & Returns
For orders delivered within Lebanon, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a credit note.
Credit notes are valid for one year online or in-store. Cash and credit card refunds are not available for local orders.

International Returns & Refunds
For international orders, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
A refund will be issued once the returned items have been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions below.
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping to Lebanon and any applicable customs duties on the return. These costs also apply to refused deliveries returned to Kaftish.

Return Conditions
For both local and international orders, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and
undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Instructions

• Email info@kaftish.com or contact +961 81 657 525, providing the order number, items
  to be returned, and a contact number. Please indicate if the item was a gift.
•  Wait for approval before sending any items back.
• Securely pack the items, include the order number, and arrange shipping to the return
  address below. Share the tracking number once shipped.
• Once the return is received and approved, an exchange, credit note, or refund will be
  provided according to the local or international policy above.
