Exchange Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with Kaftish Brand purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies for in-store purchases and Kaftish.com purchases. Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at Kaftish’s discretion.

    Sale items marked final sale (50% off or greater) and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge.

    In the case of incorrect items shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at +961 81 657 525 or Kaftish.com.

    More Details
    • Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order. Always inform us by e-mail or WhatsApp before sending back any item.
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or used.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and conditions.
    • Residents of Lebanon will be responsible for delivery costs when returning any items; packages that arrive COD (Cash on delivery) may be denied or the COD amount will be deducted from your credit.
    • Nonresidents of Lebanon will be responsible for shipping, taxes and duties when returning any item to Lebanon. Total amount will be deducted from your credit.
    • Once we receive your merchandise and we approve exchange, you have 7 days to choose whatever you want using your store credit. Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties.
    • Exchange that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties.
